Loot not dropping

I don't know if this has happened to any one else but recently loot has not been dropping at all for me after a short amount of time playing the game. I don't know if I'm doing a certain action to make this happen but all of the sudden I'll notice loot hasn't dropped for a while and I've killed like four rare monsters. I can run around and pick up gold I can't see but no loot is on the ground. I've seen two skill or support gems under the ground and the only reason I know is because of my loot filter but nothing else also I can't pick up those skill or support gems.

If you hit alt, do you see ANYTHING at all that's dropped? Might've used too strict of a filter rule (or set it up that way yourself.)

Also check if you accidentally pressed Z to disable item labels.

Thank for the tips I will check my loot filter I play on console and I imported it, but hopefully its as easy as that!
