Where's the Loot?

Why play an ARPG if there is nothing to play for. Upgrades seem to only come from the vendor and gambling. I cant get enough currency to buy anything on trade because Devines are this leagues Exalts.

I played until lv 40 and no drop was good for me, I don't understand why low lv drops are so bad
