The Hammer of Faith Giant Maul

This would be a cool item if it worked.

90% of the time I have zero shrine buffs and have done everything to increase their duration.

If you die and respawn at checkpoint, it will not give shrine buffs.

I tried weapon swapping back and forth and waiting and still nothing. Randomly turns on and off at any given time.
