After respecing Atlas passives from strongboxes to essences,I see a lot strongboxes and few essences

Hi. The title sounds VERY strange, but when I shared my observations with a friend, he said he too had noticed a same suspicious thing.

Situation in a nutshell:
- before obtaining atlas passives, I encountered about the same number of times mini-events with strongboxes and essences;
- after getting 15+ Atlas points, I fully invested in strongboxes, and now there are ~3 times more strongboxes than essences;
- on the next day, I decided to respec passives from strongboxes to essences, expecting to see approximately identical progression in the frequency of events with essences, BUT after farming for 5+ hours I noticed that the number of strongboxes and essences remained the same as before the points respec: with passives to essences event I still three times more often meet strongbox events than essence events.

What variants I see:
- Passives reset bug: visually passives are reset and overwritten, but in fact hang the same;
- +% of Essence Atlas passives basically give growth +% to Strongboxes instead of essences.

p.s. I could test better and give more accurate information, but Atlas passives respec is overly expensive, sorry.
