Ritualist blood sacriface ascendancy skill (As the Whispers Ask) Need to be changed because of 2 reasons.

First reason is because it feel very very sucks when you must to stop fighting and start to kneeling between mobs and wait when you use your sacriface

And second reason is when you play frost shatter build you cannot use it, because you shatter the mobs.

So this skill need to be changed to give you this random buff from elite automatically when you kill them not after 10minutes of kneeling and trying to sacrifice them if you are lucky and this elite wasnt shattered.
