Merc rendered useless after patch

Dear developers:

Following the very recent update, my merc was rendered totally useless. The following were noted:

1) Unable to perform basic skills (like firing crossbow)
2) Unable to access stash boxes (no response after multiple clicking)

I have reinstalled the game, changed up GEMS, reassign skill slots and issue remains. The character is now completely broken. Please kindly assist.
