Doryani quest bug

Hi!

Im having a biiiig problem where i cant progress throght the end game because i cant complete this quest called cataclysm's wake.

It says to speak to doryani. I tried in the past and the present but he doesnt have anything to offer.

I have a friend that did the same quest and could go on no problem.

Pls let me get a fix, dont want to del my char.
