Mawdun Mine doesn't load

I don't know what the Bug Report ID does but... meh

Mawdun Mine's elevator that takes you to the loading screen for its zone is going down but not triggering the scene transition. I can angle the camera and the character is physically underground and If I walk backwards enough I zip back up to the top. It may work on a new zone with no issues but its something that can happen.
