Meginord's Girdle Only Allows for 3 Charm Slots Despite Saying 4

I have this Meginord's Belt which I bought. It lists that it has 4 charm slots despite only allowing for 3 charms to be equipped. Not sure if this is a bug in the tooltip or a bug with the ability to equip more than 3 charms. Also this should be fixed as it displays as having 4 on the trade site.

Bijouborne has intentionally kept its additional Charm Slots for now as in the future we will be expanding the maximum possible Charm slots to 6.

The current max number of charm slots in 3, but they plan to expand that.
