Support gem tiers need reshuffling

There are so many support gems that are in improper tiers. Tier 1 is severely lacking actual damage supports as well and it is extremely hard to actually support your skills before tier 2 and sometimes even tier 3.

Basic stuff like knockback support is in tier 2 while basic damage supports like Elemental Focus is in tier 3? Tier 1 needs way more damage love, and more situational things need to be moved down to tier 3 instead. Searing Flame, Deep Cuts, Deadly poison should be tier 2 at most, and there are very few damage supports for spells overall.

Execrate should be a tier 1 gem and it should also have an extra line that adds 100% more ailment buildup as well so it actually works with freeze or stun.

I think many support gems have ugly downsides that make no sense to have. I'm extremely surprised they didn't nerf something like Martial Tempo after seeing all the other nerfs they implemented. Martial Tempo is in a great place and has huge weight/feel behind it. The vast majority of support gems just do not feel that noticeable anymore.
