Can't open a map after reaching endgame

I just reached the endgame for the first time, and I'm trying to open my first map. I click the Map Device. I choose one of the nodes linked to the ziggurat. I put in the Waystone that Doryani gave me. I click Traverse. Nothing happens.

This happens for every map I can access. I can't open a single one of them.

I was able to open a map only after closing the game and starting it again.

I also have encountered this issue. Do you still have this problem or did it fix itself? It says: "You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campaign." in chat but I just did cruel.

You need to go to act 3 town(past) and use the map device in the center of act 3 town cruel and maybe talk to Doryani . I am not sure but I think it was called "The Ziggurat refuge(past)".
