Freezes all the time

I got all the time freezes, same as my friend. I died twice because of these dumb freezes in HC. This is not fun anymore... Get your game fixed!!!

How should I play with friends when I get these freezes and I am in a boss fight? I used ALT+F4 and still died? My friend saw me going offline with 100% health, logging in again and I am in SC. I stop playing now until this is fixed. No fun at all....

I'm also experiencing massive stuttering introduced in the 0.2.0f patch. It occurs when seeing something new, like monsters on newly opened map etc. <- it was fine before.

Both dx12 and vulkan.
GPU: rx 5700xt.
CPU: i7-10700kf

EDIT: Deleting the shader folders seems to have helped (not fixed)

When the stutter occurs, the thing in metrics that gets long response time is CPU. It even causes audio to repeat itself several times. Big yikes. :(

EDIT 2: Hi I'm from the future. What helped me a lot was buying new ram. Going from 16 to 32 is basically mandatory imo. I rarely get stutters now, just low fps ;)

Not only in HC but also in softcore. I am also experiencing invisible mobs when Deliriums are started and die from nothing. I would also add that random explosions in game when coming back to clean up loot is also a problem. There are no indicators that there was anything on the ground to watch out for. This is really getting old fast. The freezing when starting a map is crazy. Is there something going on that I don't know about?
