Lich - 2 fixes needed for convalescence

I'm trying to do a homebrew build around spell dmg + power charges. I really want to use the Eldritch Empowerment asc - but it doesn't work as it should because of two main reasons;

Eldritch empowerment makes skills always cost ES. Exempt Convalescence from this, redesign it, whatever you need to do. I do not care. Just make it castable in a pinch.

And number two, MOST IMPORTANTLY:
Please for god's sake let us put Second Wind on Conv as a support gem. It's frustatingly bad without 2 uses and it wouldn't even be close to overpowered if you let second wind be available. Just do it.

Otherwise, the only liches that will ever be around will be drooling minion-builds..

You can put Second Wind on there, it just takes a while for it to charge up to two uses for some reason

Convalescences support gem list is bugged. You can use both second wind and ingenuity but you have to just manually grab the supports and then socket them.
