Infinite loading

Hello.

I have encountered a problem: one of my characters cannot load into the game.

"Джедай******" is the name of my character. In the first few seconds I hear the sounds of the location, but the loading screen remains and so you can wait 5-10 minutes without changing... I tried other characters, everything is ok with them.

I will be grateful for advice =)
