Poe2 won’t appear on account bought twice

I can’t get my poe2 character to appear on my account can’t use poe2 trade. I’ve bought 2 different packages still nothing only way I can see my character is in rename character, if I click poe2 it says I don’t have access and prompts me to buy again, I refuse to buy a third time
