Multiple Map Pins do not work properly

Im personally convinced that Iam not at fault for not completing the POI or not picking up the intended drop. I have done the following pins a minimum of 3 Times and Picked up everything that could be interpreted as an intended drop.

Act 1 - Ritual Altar (Hunting Grounds)
Act 1 Cruel - Ritual Altar (Hunting Grounds)

Completed those multiple times done the associated quest but they remain uncrossed.

Act 3 Cruel - Rootdrege (Sandswept march)
Act 3 Cruel - Chaos Statue (Utzaal)

Simply didnt cross off after activation/kill + lootpickup

Act 3 Cruel - Undamage Core (Aggorat)

I think its intended that vendors dont get crossed off but I would like some sort of marker / check to see that I found them.

I also noticed that there is some sort of discrepancy between you visiting a stage for the first time and a later point in the act in terms of the POI's showing e.g Faridun War Cache in the Act 2 Mawdun quarry didnt show for me when I first completed the Stage but when I completed Act 2 it got added to my map (Both in Cruel and Normal).

I also am aware that this is a minor issue that will probably not be adressed asap. But I generally like your improvements to the game keep the good work!
