Cannot download patch. Can anyone help ?

So title says it all . Played yesterday without any problems before patch dropped went to bed and today whole day all i see is error:

Disconnected from patching server before patching completed. Try again

I did some researches, found some old threads people were suggesting to reinstall the game clear cache done it all nothing helps. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem ? Also am i the only one who dealing with this after patch?
