Glacial Lance Not Chaining After Patch

Patch notes said it would chain off terrain. It does not do that even with chain support. Am I dumb or a bug?

It has something to do with chain on terrain. GGG needs to seriously fix that mechanic. Several reports and still no fix and is even causing issues with the new released character skills
