laggy problem with spell casting with Dusk Vigil

After I equip Dusk Vigil the character becomes laggy while casting spells. Unequiping the Dusk Vigil, everything smooths again.

Specifically, casting in movtion.

Same! I was very excited to use Dusk Vigil, but the second I equip it the game starts stuttering like crazy.

Same issue! It should be the best spear i can run at 14 with Sorc. The stutter makes it unplayable
