Kicked for performing actions too fast

I was fighting the sailor in Sailor Folly's for one of my ships being commandeered with my new adjustment to my build and like within 15 seconds of the fight I got kicked for performing actions too fast.


This must be some kind of mistake, I don't even think my build is that fast there are others who have like insane movement speed and attack speed. I think I have like 170% movement speed and maybe a 100% extra attack speed.


I was certainly button smashing in the fight but why would that kick me it has never done it before now. Has anybody else encountered this? How do I prevent it?
