Charm slots and old belts before patch

The headhunter market and +2 charm slots belts its currently broken. How come aren't we able to div our belts for the new update? They just made it useless for everyone who had it already. We shouldn't even be diving them, the patch SHOULD update current items also and IMO including corrupted ones. Why punish those who farmed for days??

Please fix this, I really don't have the time to refarm a new one just for the charm slots. I am sure a lot of people is in the same boat.

EDIT: global said to divine it for update, just lost my last 4 divs tying to get back my old rolls. WHAT A MESS!!!
