About account Change Email BUG

Recently, when I changed the email address of this account, I discovered a bug in your system. Specifically, when I change the email address, you will send an email to confirm the change of the email address to the currently used email address. However, you overlooked a problem. If the email address that the user wants to change to is one that cannot receive any emails (or the user enters an incorrect email address), and if the user does not carefully confirm the email confirming the change of the email address, it will result in the account being unable to log in to the game and change to a normal email address.

I am currently a victim of this problem. I have sent at least 20 appeal emails to support@grindinggear.com, but no one has paid any attention to me. I don't know what crime I have committed. I can prove that I am the owner of this account and provide purchase records.
