Character login BRICKED

I play on Series X and now my new seasonal character is bricked and will not login. i can login to my other character, but season of the hunt character is just spinning at the loading scree. I read some other people were having the same issue about a week ago, but no update. GGG whats up. can we fix the login issue before balancing stats for streamers???
