Account locked for new location

I recently had tomove from my apartment due to unsafe living conditions. Im finally somewhere, that i can play and when i went to log in to finally play the new season, it seems my new ip has me blocked? i have not received the email i need to unlock it though my email settings are correct. ive resent email and emailled support for ggg and have not received any codes in any of my email inboxes. i can sign in to the website just fine, but the game not at all. please help.
