please make Alva accessible with other characters as well

i play HC and lets say i have 2 characters (lets call them A and B)
A has finished campaign but B did not
problem is: if A dies, B now doesn't have access to Alva in hideout anymore to access currencies exchange.

this need to be changed. i'd like to have access to the exchange with all my char as long i have unlocked it... like the reforging bench that is available because previously unlocked or expedition npc to add more etc.
