Spearfield + Delayed reaction support freezes the game

I recently added delayed reaction support gem to my spearfield skill gem and my game keeps freezing (no error) and turns off when i play using this skill.

I did some testing and after i removed delayed reaction support gem the game no longer feeezes

I only got one error (the first time this happened) regarding memory.

DirectX12
Amd Radeon (integrated card)
Win 11

(Spearfield additionally supported by: magnified effect, lacerate, inspiration)

Someone else has this problem?
