Xbox- no access available even after purchasing. (Gameshare)

Purchase the game at lunch to play with my fiancé the account key we got was a link to her account. I have taken up playing season two and she has not. My account (the one without the access key.) was working fine as of 8 PM last night. I went to log on at 2 AM to do some currency arbitrage and received a notification, stating

“my account does not have access to path of exile too early access. Redeem an early access key on our website or purchase access now.”

So I go ahead on my phone log onto the website and purchased a $60 support pack. On the website my account was clearly awarded the 600 points a notification, stating I have access to the early access. However, when I go to log back into the game, I continue to get the same notification I received earlier.. I left a message with their support email on the website but have not heard back yet.

It’s really annoying is that this was intended to be caught up experience for me and my partner, and it seems they just chose to revoke privilege from us. It is really unfortunate that I ultimately have to pay twice for a game that upon release will be free to play.

But by far the most annoying thing is being locked out of the game without any apparent resolution to the problem. And then choosing to go about attempting to resolve it my own costing me $60 only to still have no resolution or explanation as to when it will be fixed.

Then you bought a PC-only license.

Ask Support to refund that and buy the game on your console instead.
Thank you. This whole procedure is immensely inconvenient. I sent an email to support directly now requesting a refund of the purchase. The notification on the console instructs you to redeem in early access key on our website or purchase access. “ on our website” lead me to believe i was following clear direction.
Same happened to me but I am not paying again when I shouldn't have to just another company trying to get more money out of people
