Suttering

I've been suffering some pretty bad stuttering, when i bring up the graphs that show all the details of whats going on my frametime lines spike constantly and you can see and feel the constant stuttering.

The CPU and GPU usage is constantly all over the place too the ms of each them spiking constantly too.
