Xbox Graphic error

Getting black graphic errors after using Skilltree and accessing skills tab. A work around has been navigating to Options by memory and selecting resolution scale and press up/down.

When I go in and out of menus in game, sometimes it's the settings menu sometimes it's the MTX menu but most of the game will just be a gray color or if I'm in the endgame town area it's a orange color that just blocks out most of the screen maybe a few assets are still showing. The only things showing up in game are item or npc or interactable tags that youd press A button on. Only known work around I'm aware of is to go through a loading screen however you manage to do that.

graphics start disappearing and have to go in options click something to fix temporary only hope ggg fixes it.
