Getting stuck in loading screen for multiplayer (PS5 n PC)

Hi, so I play on the PS5 and my friend has started playing with me using PC. So the current, and re-occurring problem is she'll(PC) invite me to party, and as we try to load into instances together, I'll(PS5) get stuck in the load screen.

Usually I'll have to ask her to remove me from party, and wait until my instance timer resets before I can use my character again, but today, the same thing happened, and it wouldn't even take me to the load screen. It just gave me an error saying:

Abnormal disconnection

ERROR: Failed to join any instances.
