Got Banned By No Reason And APPEAL Rejected

I had only just created my character and played for a few hours, and I didn’t exploit any bugs in the game. GGG used an automated system to determine that I violated the terms of service, which is extremely unfair. This is a paid game, and you cannot revoke a paying player’s right to play without solid evidence. Now you're telling me to create a new account to continue playing—but since this is a paid game, does that mean I have to pay again? That’s essentially depriving us of our property. If you won’t admit your mistake and still want me to create a new account, that’s fine—but at the very least, please refund the money I’ve spent and return my EA key.

After installing the game did you place additional files in its installation directory for any reason - such as for ReShade or to improve the game's support for ultrawide monitors?
