Ultimatum choice bugged?

Picking "Monsters cannot be slowed or poisoned" makes them immune to stuns. Tooltip doesnt specify that this would make them immune to stuns, if its intended why would the choice not also say immune to slow, stun, and poison...

Could be I am trippin', but "cannot be slowed" should never make something "stun immune".

There is a case where something becomes "stun" and "freeze" immune, but that's "action speed cannot be modified below base value", thus, the result "action speed of 0" if you get "stunned/frozen" does not apply.

But this? Because of slow immunity? Looks to me they just used the line "cannot be slowed" with "action speed cannot be modified below base value" or something similar.
