[BUG] Glacial Bolt not doing any damage on Knockback

If the skill knock backs a mob, it does no damage. The knock back specifically states 'on-hit' but the 'on-hit' has no damage component associated with it.

A majority of mobs can be pushed around the board but are immune to damage because of this bug.
