POE2 Account compromised!!!

It has been more than ten days since I sent you the first email after discovering that my account was hacked. Now I have registered another account to post here and seek help. I have already invested 480 US dollars in that account. When you replied for the first time, you said that you would help me lock the account and asked me to provide the registered IP address. But then what? You still haven't given me any further reply on how to retrieve my account. You always claim to be busy, yet you completely ignore the problems raised by players. I enabled the "email tracking" service for the emails I sent, and it has already prompted me that you have read every email I sent. So, could you please tell me why you haven't replied to me!

I can even provide my work order number!

I have sent more than a dozen emails since April 1st. It has been half a month, and all the emails have been marked as read, yet you haven't given any reply at all.

Each time you send an email, you set yourself to the back of the support queue. Only ever send ONE email and then wait for a response from Support.

Please understand GGG doesn’t have dozens of people all working in a single Gmail inbox.

They use ticketing software (they used to use HelpScout; not sure if they still use that one) which is built on top of emails. This software will, by design, need to access the contents of emails various times and by various degrees to e.g. add the body of a new email into a comment on an existing ticket. The emails being flagged as read isn’t necessarily meaningful in that context.
Your old account will be locked for months (look at the the threads here with things like "3 months" in the title). GGG's account recovery system took weeks in the best of cases, since POE2 entered EA they've been massively overwhelmed and they've yet to catch up on any complex requests.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Wishing you the best of luck, my account has been locked since January 24th and I've only ever received 3 emails back; in which I have replied to all 3 times to in steps of verifying to unlock my account!
