ERROR transferring visual

I bought the consumable item TRANSFER VISUAL in the store, I used it on two items, but I can't change them. It says that there is already a transition on it, and to remove it I must PRESS X (I'm on Xbox), but when I press X nothing happens, and if I click X once it equips the item/removes it, and I can't remove the transfer skin. Can you help me? I want to sell the item (I can't trade it, and I want to change the skin)


Comprei na loja o item consumivel TRANSFERENCIA DE VISUAL, usei em dois itens, prem nao consigo mudalos, fala que ja tem uma transicao nele, que para remover devo PRECIONAR X (estou no xbox) , mas quando preciono X nada acontece, e se clico uma vez em X ele equipa o item/remove, e nao consigo tirar a skin de transferencia. podem me ajudar? quero vender o item ( nao pode dar trade, e quero mudar a skin)

I sent an email yesterday, I didn't get a reply, and I'm "stuck" with this item, I can't go back to the original skin, I can't put a new skin, I can't put it in the trade (it says I have to remove the visual skin to trade)

How do I remove the visual skin that was modified using the 6-coin store item, with the hammer design?
