Ascendancy on character (mercenary) PS5

So I’ve been trying to get my ascendancy for my mercenary and I’m stuck the quest “ Ascent to power “ where I have to talk to zarka I’ve gotten 2 of the Djinn Barya and still I can’t talk to zarka to proceed the quest I did get carried to act 2 and I did some exp grinding when I got my first and my 2nd one… is there any fix or am I doomed any help would help this is on ps5 btw

You need to kill Balbala in Traitor's Passage in Act 2 (Normal) and get the quest green Balbala's Barya.

And if I already gotten to act 3 if that’s any help and started to clear that act? Any help there

Yes I killed him im on act 2.9 Or the ending where he cuts the cart your riding and an other stage starts that started the boss for the last time

I have absolutely no idea what you mean.

No idea what your thinnkng of but Balbara is only in one place in Act 2 and that would be Traitors Passage which is VERY early Act 2. Go back to that map and clear it completely should solve your issue.
