Reduce Campaign Bosses HP

bosses HP is way too high in the campaign, having to sit through endless barrage of attacks that I've dodge over and over is annoying as hell (cough cough viper cough cough).

I get there are meta builds one shooting bosses, but it's a slog to beat bosses that take forever to die with bad drops on top of everything, the viper fight is a great example, I get everyone is playing the 3 obvious picks, but for everyone else that plays different characters that do not do uber damage bosses are boring and just have enormous HP pools for the sake of taking too long to kill.

it's not that the bosses are hard, they just feel out of place being damage sponges and makes your character feel underwhelming as hell, especially when you breeze through the map. I get we need challenge, but just raising bosses HP to make them go longer isn't the right approach
