Twister doesn't work on Rhoa mount

Twister is spear projectile attack. Exactly what Rhoa mount allows us to use. It has to be a bug or it's really frustrating.

+1 was my main build idea and had to pivot or decide not to use rhoa

Anyone know if they have taken a stance on this? If this is intended then I would say it's an asinine design decision.
