Endless Ritual

When I killed a new boss (The Immured Fury) on a Purified map in Ritual, it`s impossible to complete the Ritual. 0 monsters inside ritual and it still going.

Might be coincidence, but I also killed that same boss in my map, but NOT inside a ritual ring - still the last ritual on the map got stuck in endless loop, no mobs inside, 1 mob remaining. Relog did not help, returns me back into the same unending ritual.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Happened on a clensed map, also killed The Immured Fury before ritual (not inside the ritual altar ring).
