Stash between poe1 and poe2

I have a question regarding guild stash tabs. I bought all the stash tab in poe1 and planning to buy guild stash tabs too for my friends to use. if I create a guild in poe2, will be my guild stash tab will be transferred too? and what will happen to my guild stash tabs and unused guild points if I change guild in both version of poe?.
