Crossbow or Grenades bug!

Can't tell which one is bugged but when I press (once) to use grenade skill my crossbow shoots twice or even three times, to mention that I'm not holding the button I'm only pressing once.
At first I thought my mouse right click is broken and switched to keyboard and still happens. This happens with any type of grenade. Bug ref code in screenshot  Last bumped on Apr 21, 2025, 5:23:31 AM
