Permanent loading screen xbox

Help! My character is stuck in a permanent loading screen. I tp’d to wetlands in cruel and was stuck in a permanent loading screen. I forced closed cleared cache and tried again but it’s the same thing even after 5 minutes of “loading”. I really don’t want to have to reinstall the game again but I’ve had this problem before, only once and a reinstall was the only thing that got me out of it. This was back in the first few weeks of launch. Any other ideas before a reinstall? Thanks!
