Question about little upgrade on my pc

That is my current machine:

motherboard Asrock H510M-HDV/M.2 SE
CPU 11th gen Intel core I5 11400F 6core @2.6gghz
Ram ddr4 16ggb (2x 8ggb) 1600mhz
Graphics NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 gddr6
ssd is some bad 256 ggb with 500mb write speed

my question is if i upgrade the ram to 32 (3200mhz) and the ssd with one with 4000 mb/s write speed will i see any noticeable change in POE2 performance? Currently i have pretty bad loading times and stutering from time to time. Thanks in advance

What are the min specs to run the game?

hard to say because it seems the game is very poorly optimised if you read alot of the problems ppl are having on these forums

the upgrades to more ram and faster storage are some of the best things you can do for a more responsive pc and would be worth doing.i would do them regardless

just for reference i have 5900x samsung 4tb 990pro 32gb ram and 1080gtx, was running game over 100fps last season. not the best settings i know but ok to me
