Multiple month long refund process
In early January i sent an email to ggg support asking about getting a refund on a supporter pack purchase for Poe 2 for my PC since in all honesty it doesnt run well on my semi outdated machine. I didnt get a response until march. i was asked for some more information about the purchase which is understandable so I provided it. fast forward a couple more weeks to today and i still havent heard anything since then. I understand that there must be a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes especially with all the DOTH discourse but this is still a little upsetting.
