Still haven't heard back from Support on helping. Can I get a 'refund' at this point? Disappointed.

You guys' Support team used to be 'a lot' better than it is now, even during PoE 1's peak very early on, responding within hours, sometimes even minutes, or within the same day. This is going on 4 days now...

I'm not sure if it's due to layoffs or if there's not a designated Support team who 'strictly' deals with sales/refunds? (vs. having a fragmented Support team) but you guys can do better than this!

At this point, I would like a 'refund' on my entire King of the Faridun Supporter Pack. I went with the 'Upgrade' option (not the 'Buy') option when I bought it, which awarded me roughly 550/600 Points.

P.S. Or just give us a 'refund' option for all 'Support Packs' that is good for a solid 5 days if we don't like one of them we buy (and let there be a prompt telling customers this under a new 'refund' system). It would take a load off your Support team when issues like the one described below occur.

I would really appreciate a refund! Thank you!

The original issue:

Please help recover my Hideout!

Guild Leaders who buy Supporter Packs currently 'cannot' have any of the Hideouts they bought as their Guild Hideout unless you go to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild followed by https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/guild-giftable-transactions and to not mess up like I did by 'gifting' a PoE 2-exclusive Hideout to a PoE 1 Guild, which shouldn't even be possible to do if there was a prompt in place saying you cannot do that (since PoE 1 and 2 are separate games).

All Hideouts should be available to Guilds, anyway, without having to 'gift' them like this (which I was recently told about. Wasn't familiar with that system).

If someone on GGG's team cannot help undo this, I am asking for a 'copy' of my Dreadnaught Hideout for my Poe 2 Guild (that or just have all Support Packs give 2x Copies of Hideouts from here on so there's a back-up in case something like this happens again).

TL;DR: I 'gifted' my 'Dreadnaught Hideout' to my Guild in PoE 1 by accident, which shouldn't even be permitted with a prompt saying so. Now, I need help recovering my 'Dreadnaught Hideout' since I cannot use any of its decorations for my Guild.

Thank you for looking into this :)

When game developers ignore the criticism that would improve their game, the game fails.
Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism
does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect.

I will do this one more time with the extra information you told me to give, along with a screenshot attached to the E-mail. We will see what happens.

Thank you for reaching out.
