the hell with this.
It's been 3 years since I've been able to use my POE account. I've already contacted the support team, and they haven't solved anything. I had already communicated my inability to use the Hotmail account where my POE account is registered, because Microsoft blocked it without justification, so I can't access my transaction records that are registered in my Hotmail.
I would like to know the following: you don't have a representative in Brazil, nor do you want to change my registered email for the POE account. How can a person be so ignorant and rude, even without saying anything, leaving a user without using his account for 3 years because of your stupidity and lack of consideration?
