Missing 30 spirit points

Hello

I have a problem: I'm missing 30 spirit points (as the title says ^^')

I went back to face the 3 bosses which would normally give spirit points and
none of them gave me a skull, so now I don't know where to go or what to do...

So when you look at your overworld map at ACT1 (Rust King in Freythorne) and ACT3 / ACT 3 Cruel "Bog witch" boss icons with the little + symbol, they all show as "greyed out" with an "X" on them?
