Xbox - Regular graphical artifacts after opening menus

When playing on Xbox and opening any of the menus and then going back to the game, there is relatively consistent graphical artifacting occurring and or the entire screen turns gray. The only way to resolve this that I have found is logging out and logging back in.

Anyone else experiencing this issue or has come across something similar? Any resolutions?

Follow up note, currently on an Xbox Series X, and have tested various graphics settings, none seem to stop the issue from occurring.

This bug is horrible and happens to me when using the menu. Sometimes I have to restart the game it’s so bad
