Lost my early access activated in Steam

I updated my game and it asked me to login again from steam. Then, I realised I lost my early access.
Checked my account here and it's not activated anymore... Last bumped on Apr 14, 2025, 11:33:06 AM

If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.

How did you get access? If you received a key from a third party and their payment was cancelled, you will lose access, even if you have already played.
