Stun, Interupt, stun, interupt etc etc by ranged mobs

My Witch is being chain interupted/stund till death. I have stun threshold in every piece where available and the keystone. Apparently this DOES NOTHING!!!

It seems ranged mobs interrupt or stun 100% of the time. Can this be looked into?
